Editor-In-Chief of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako has rubbished claims that he ordered award-winning undercover journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas not to release ‘Part 2’ of his explosive documentary on illegal mining titled, ‘Galamsey Fraud.’
As indicated by him, Anas is never again a tyke, and his ‘kid’ since his degree and inclusion is more extensive than him (Baako) and along these lines, he can’t impact him (Anas).
“Anas is never again my kid as a child, he is a major kid. He is universal and his extension is more extensive than I can get to. I never at any point impact him for valid justifications. I enable him to develop yet I manage him and not to truncate his very own autonomous activity,” he revealed to Accra based Metro TV.
In March this year, covert writer, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, reported the arrival of ‘Section 2’ of his hazardous narrative on unlawful mining titled, ‘Galamsey Fraud.’
The narrative is gone for naming and disgracing egotistical and influential people, wounding President Nana Akufo-Addo and Ghanaians in the back, in his determined endeavors at battling against unlawful mining, prevalently known as ‘galamsey’.
Be that as it may, the ‘Section 2’ of the ‘Galamsey Fraud’ has since not been discharged. Gossipy tidbits are overflowing that Anas’ manager, Mr Baako has requested him not to discharge the ‘Section 2’ of the narrative.
Be that as it may, Mr Baako, responding to the cases, said there is no plan on his part to prevent him from indicating ‘Section 2’ of the narrative, including that he isn’t a piece of Tiger Eye PI to decide for the group.
Talking on the planning, he said he is unfit to give the course of events on when the ‘Section 2’ would be discharged.
“With respect to timing, I will baffle our watchers since I can’t give them the planning,” he said.
